Why World Vision?
We've all heard the phrase "give the gift that keeps on giving." I sincerely believe that World Vision is an organisation that is committed to eradicating poverty at the root. I subscribe to their methodology of helping children by affording them education, clean water, proper care and medicine for those with HIV, and most importantly giving them the chance to get to know Jesus Christ.
To that end, I am committed to donating 1% of my net profit from every sale to World Vision. As the donation "bucket" increases, I will use that money to sponsor a child, then 2, 3, so on and so forth. I promise to post their pictures, updates and communication (where appropriate) on the blog. After all, you will be part of the community that helps to raise the child(ren). Thank you for joining me in this journey.
